Your clients are certain to have many questions about what business they should get into and how to run a specific business. Before you start charging money for your advice, you need to know everything about the types of businesses you are consulting. If it looks like you are just winging it or if you do not have the answers to the questions that are most important to your clients, it will eventually hurt your business.

While it may look like fun to start a job as a WAHM consultant, this type of business should be reserved for people who have been working at home for a significant amount of time and who have a business that is considered a success. Remember, a WAHM will hire you based on your previous experience. This will be your calling card. You will not get many calls for consulting work if you just started working at home six months ago.
