This system is more about safety, security & entertainment all integrated into one to be the best in the market at an affordable cost.

Almost all the technology that appears on automobile is actually quite old. ABS brake system was invented at the end of WWI, Chevrolet had already driverless cars ready (and running through the USA highways) in 1990. Technology appears on cars when the customer is ready or when customer demandS it, not when is actually invented. This is just another case.
