Mumbai, the dream city for everyone who wants to make it big, is a hotspot of tourism in the country. Besides being a glamour world that attracts people from every corner of the country, it is also a historic place that has several attractions to offer to the visitors. The coastline and rich culture of the people makes Mumbai unique amongst the cities across India . It is blend of modern and old, scenic and crowded, fast and slow, and filled with several such ironies juxtaposed to each other. Yet places of interest, sites of tourist attractions, and many other aspects of the city keep adding more value to its kitty. There is this place called Malabar Hills which is popular tourist place of the city. Here one would find the Hanging Gardens that strategically sits beside the coast of Arabian Sea. It is a perfect spot for watching the sunset and a fun place for kids to play around. A structure has been built resembling the design of a boot is built inside the park and many a kids flock from various states, who come to know about it, will never miss to visit this Boot House Mumbai for its sheer fun. Then there are other popular sites, such as the Gateway of India. It is a national heritage building and exhibits colonial British architecture. The whole area around monument has become a usual picnic spot that entices every tourist visiting the city.

Marine Drive is a famous boulevard of the city, bending along the Arabian Sea. It is often called the queen’s necklace and has become a major tourist spot watching the dusk makes it special. Dotted with palms against the scenic backdrop, offers a great choice for an evening walk. Then there is the Juhu Beach, which is located in the northern suburbs of the city. It is filled with food vendors, candy sellers and many such small time merchants along the beachside.

Siddhivinayak Temple is the most revered religious place of the city and it is visited by a large number of devotees. The temple is built for Lord Ganesha and situated at a place called Prabhadevi. It is also known by the names Navsacha Ganpati and Navsala Pavnara Ganpati. While in Mumbai none of tourist cannot miss the infrastructural marvel of Bandra Worli Sea Link. It is 8 km long suspension bridge linking two important suburbs of Bandra and Worli that offers 8 lanes of scenic drive over the ocean. Thousands of vehicles pass through this link every day. The sight of Bandra Worli Sea Link is spectacular at night when the lights flash across the bridge. The reflections in water is also a charming. Chowpatty Beach and Adlabs Imagica on the other side of the Mumbai interests the fun loving people. You can visit these two places with your family or friends for a nice and entertaining time. If you want to explore more towards further south of the region, just go through the Konkan plains by catching the  Bombay to Goa train.
